My name is Craig Morgan, born and raised in a small community located in upstate South Carolina, surrounded by cattle farms, peach orchards, and cotton fields.
Throughout my life I have watched these farms slowly become almost extinct. Wanting to make a difference, I started raising black Angus cattle as a hobby.
I then joined with my neighbor, Charlie Edwards of Landrum, South Carolina. With his additional land we were able to expand together. We soon realized there was an increasing need for quality Registered Black Angus Cattle with strong genetics to help rebuild the Angus herd abroad. With DNA testing and a highly thought out A.I. program, we are committed to producing high quality black Angus cattle one calf at a time.

At Dark Corner Cattle, our preferred method of breeding is A.I. (Artificial Insemination). This allows us to breed our females to some of the top bulls across the country. We also use a technique known as IVF - ET (In Vitro Fertilization with Embryo Transfer), using eggs from a proven high-quality doner cow, fertilizing them with the perfect Angus sire to produce the best Angus offspring around.
